Compliance comes first

Canadian food and beverage rules are specific and enforced: labelling, bilingual requirements, allergen declarations, permitted ingredients, and safety documentation. A single non-compliant shipment can put a marketplace account, a retail relationship, and your brand's reputation at risk. So the rule is simple and applies to every brand on every track:

The Importer of Record problem
